- In case of canceling or reducing the room, guest must notify the hotel by email and confirmation from the hotel at least 3 days before arrival, it will be charged without penalty. In case of cancellation or reduction of room 2-3 days before check-in date: 30% of the total room price will be charged
- In case of cancellation or reduction after 1 day before check-in date: 50% of the total reservation value
- Cancellation of room within the day or no check-in will be charged 100% of the reservation
